Meinersen StudioPolski

Pricing

Most studios will not quote below €2,300. We do.

And not because we do less. A good software house charges that for a company website because that is what producing one costs them — a kickoff workshop, design, build, and a project manager across the whole of it. Our cost is different. Not the scope, not the standard — the cost. So the same work comes in lower and lands sooner.

The site you are reading is the evidence.

Apps, AI work, video

No range is published here, because any range would be dishonest. An app with one workflow and an app with roles, payments and integrations are different undertakings. After a 30-minute call you get one figure and one date — not a bracket.

What moves the price

Six things move a quote up or down. After the brief we itemise them, so you can see what you are paying for.

Page count and unique layouts
Ten pages on three layouts is different work from ten bespoke layouts.
Design from scratch, or on the Studio system
A finished, production-ready Figma from your side brings the price down. Starting from nothing raises it.
Who supplies content and photography
With copy ready you pay less. Copywriting and photography are scoped separately.
CMS and a second language
A self-editing panel and a second language are real work, not a toggle.
Integrations
A form is standard. Every integration beyond it — payments, CRM, booking, ERP — is quoted line by line.
Timeline
The timings below assume materials and approvals arrive as the work runs. The usual cause of overrun is the pace of decisions on your side, not the build.

What is not in the price

These costs stay with you. You pay the providers directly and we add no margin to any of them.

Hosting after the first year
The first year is included. After that you pay the provider directly, with no margin from us.
Domain
On your account from day one. You renew it, and you can leave whenever you want.
Commercial typefaces and premium stock
We work with open-licence typefaces and your own photography. Commercial licences you buy in your own name.
Ad budget
Clicks are billed to you directly by Google or Meta.
Model API costs on AI work
You settle directly with the model provider. We watch the usage and add no margin to it.

Payment

You pay in stages tied to the progress of the work — never 100% up front, and never for work you have not seen. The split itself is agreed with you at proposal stage, and we fit it to your cashflow rather than the other way round. If a fixed payment schedule would be the one thing that kills the project, say so on the first call. It can usually be arranged.

Common questions

Why is this cheaper than a software house?
Because the cost of delivery is different, not the scope. Nothing is dropped — discovery, design, testing and launch all happen. It is done by a smaller team, faster. The site you are on was built the same way.
Are the prices net?
Yes. All figures are net. VAT is added on the invoice at the applicable rate.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
We say so immediately, with a figure and the effect on the date, before anything is built. There are no invoices for work you did not agree to.
How does payment work?
In stages tied to the progress of the work, never 100% up front. The split is agreed with you in the proposal — there is no single fixed schedule for everyone, because businesses do not all have the same cashflow.
Are the timings binding?
Yes, assuming materials and approvals arrive as the work runs. The clock starts at the kickoff session, not at signature.
Do you build apps and AI work?
Yes, but no range is published, because any range would be dishonest. An app with one workflow and an app with roles, payments and integrations are different undertakings. After a 30-minute call you get one figure and one date.

Thirty minutes, about your project.

No deck about us. We ask what the site is for, who it is for and when you need it, and we say plainly which package makes sense — or that none does.
